Welcome to The Double Stack Store (“The Double Stack Store,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We operate this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) to provide customers with firearms-related accessories and merchandise.

The Services are powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy), govern your access to and use of the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY, ACCESS, AND ACCOUNTS

NO MINORS PERMITTED.
The Services are intended only for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or twenty-one (21) years of age where required by applicable law. Minors are not permitted to access, browse, or purchase from this site.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

The Double Stack Store sells firearms accessories and related products only. We do not sell firearms, frames, receivers, or any other regulated items requiring a Federal Firearms License (FFL), unless explicitly stated.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Firearms laws vary by federal, state, and local jurisdiction
  • It is your sole responsibility to know and comply with all applicable laws
  • Some products may be restricted in certain states or localities

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse any order that violates applicable law
  • Refuse shipment to restricted jurisdictions
  • Request additional verification before fulfillment

State and Local Restrictions
Certain products sold by The Double Stack Store may be restricted or prohibited in specific states, counties, or municipalities. These restrictions may apply to, but are not limited to, magazine-related components, firearm accessories, or other regulated items.

We do not ship products to locations where such items are prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws before placing an order.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse any order that cannot be legally fulfilled

  • Modify or restrict shipment based on your delivery address

  • Require additional verification prior to shipping

If an order is placed for a restricted item, the order may be canceled and refunded at our discretion, excluding any non-refundable payment processing fees where permitted by law.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, product appearance may vary due to screen settings or manufacturing changes.

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any product at any time.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are not accepted until payment is received and the order is confirmed by The Double Stack Store.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Legal restrictions
  • Suspected fraud
  • Pricing or inventory errors

Once an order is accepted, cancellation requests may not be accommodated.

Returns and exchanges are governed solely by our Refund Policy.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling unless expressly stated.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided
  • All billing information is accurate
  • You will pay all charges incurred

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS

Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays or events beyond our control.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon transfer of the product to the carrier.

All content on the Services, including text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions, is owned by or licensed to The Double Stack Store and protected by intellectual property laws.

SECTION 9 – SHOPIFY PLATFORM

The Double Stack Store is powered by Shopify; however, all transactions are conducted directly between you and The Double Stack Store. Shopify is not responsible for any products, sales, or disputes arising from your use of the Services.

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, your data may also be processed in accordance with Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
