Hornady Superformance 30-06 Springfield delivers increased velocity without added chamber pressure, pairing proprietary propellants with the lead-free CX (Copper alloy eXpanding) bullet for medium to large game hunting. The monolithic copper alloy projectile features Heat Shield tip technology that resists aerodynamic heating, maintaining ballistic coefficient integrity throughout flight. Deep penetration with high weight retention makes this load effective on elk, deer, and similar-sized game across a range of shot distances.
