This piston allows shooters to mount their TI-RANT suppressor on host firearms with 1/2x28 threaded barrels, expanding compatibility across multiple pistol platforms. The Nielsen device (piston system) ensures reliable cycling in browning-action semiautomatic pistols by decoupling the suppressor from the barrel during recoil.
