The AccuSharp AccuZip is a purpose-built skinning knife designed for field dressing and game processing. This fixed-blade knife features a replaceable surgical-grade blade system that eliminates the need for sharpening in the field—when the edge dulls, swap in a fresh blade and keep working. The drop-point blade profile and controlled edge geometry make precise cuts through hide and connective tissue without puncturing the meat.

The bright orange rubberized handle provides secure grip in wet or bloody conditions and remains visible if set down in brush or grass. The knife ships with a nylon belt sheath and includes spare blades stored in the handle. Blade replacement requires no tools—simply unscrew the handle cap, swap the blade, and reassemble.
