Unlike standard 5.56/.223 BCGs, this carrier group features a bolt machined specifically for the 6.5 Grendel case head diameter, ensuring reliable extraction and ejection with proper brass support.

The bolt is manufactured from 9310 steel, a high-strength alloy known for superior fatigue resistance compared to standard Carpenter 158 steel. The entire assembly features a black nitride finish for corrosion resistance and reduced friction. This is a drop-in component for mil-spec AR-15 upper receivers chambered in 6.5 Grendel—no gunsmithing required. Carrier includes staked gas key and extractor spring.
