Aero Precision M5 .308 Winchester Upper Receiver Assembly 16" – AR-10 / DPMS Pattern

The Aero Precision M5 .308 Winchester upper receiver assembly is a complete 16-inch upper designed for DPMS-pattern AR-10 lower receivers. Chambered in .308 Winchester, this upper delivers reliable centerfire performance in a mid-length gas system configuration. The carbine-length profile makes it suitable for hunting, precision shooting, and general-purpose applications where a compact .308 platform is required.

Built with a forged 7075-T6 aluminum upper receiver and a 4150 chrome moly vanadium barrel with a black nitride finish, this assembly is ready to install on any compatible M5/DPMS lower. The upper includes a 15-inch M-LOK handguard, A2-style flash hider, and bolt carrier group. Aero Precision's in-house manufacturing ensures consistent tolerances and reliable extraction. No gunsmithing required—headspaced and test-fired at the factory.
