Designed for shooters who want enhanced accuracy from their micro-compact carry pistol, this barrel adds approximately 0.5 inches to overall length while maintaining reliable cycling with standard pressure 9mm ammunition.

Machined from 416R stainless steel with a black Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) finish for corrosion resistance and reduced friction. Drop-in installation requires no fitting or modification to the P365 slide. The barrel features traditional rifling and a recessed target crown to protect accuracy during holster draw and carry. Compatible with SIG P365, P365XL slides (requires slide cut for longer barrel exposure), and P365 Macro configurations. Note that this barrel extends beyond standard P365 slides and is intended for custom or modified slide assemblies.
