The Alien Gear ShapeShift Core Carry Pack is a modular holster system that converts between IWB and OWB configurations without purchasing separate holsters. Built around a universal shell that securely retains 1911 Government models with 5-inch barrels, this system lets you transition from appendix carry to strong-side OWB by swapping the included mounting hardware. Retention is adjustable via tensioning screws on the shell.

The kit includes an IWB appendix carry rig with neoprene backing, an OWB paddle attachment, and a belt slide attachment. All components use Alien Gear's tool-free quick-release system for field conversion. The thermoplastic shell is CNC-cut for a precise fit to full-size 1911 Government frames. The Core Carry Pack does not accommodate weapon lights or red dot optics—designed for streamlined carry with a bare firearm.
