Aguila Colibri .22 LR is a unique powderless cartridge designed for ultra-quiet, low-velocity shooting at close range. Using only the primer for propulsion, this 20-grain round nose bullet produces minimal noise and virtually no recoil — ideal for pest control in noise-sensitive environments, indoor training facilities, or backyard plinking where sound suppression is critical. Velocities are typically under 500 fps, making this load subsonic without a suppressor. Important: Colibri rounds may not cycle semi-automatic firearms reliably and are best suited for bolt-action rifles or single-action revolvers. Always ensure the bullet clears the barrel before firing another round.

This ammunition uses standard brass cases with primer-only ignition — no gunpowder. Sold in 50-round boxes, with 1,000 rounds per case.
