The ALG Defense AK Enhanced Trigger (AKT) is a drop-in fire control group designed to improve the trigger pull of AK-47 and AK-74 pattern rifles. It replaces the factory trigger with a smoother, lighter, and more consistent pull, reducing take-up and creep while maintaining the reliability AK shooters expect. The AKT delivers a cleaner break without compromising durability or function in adverse conditions.

Constructed from heat-treated 8620 steel with a manganese phosphate finish, the AKT installs with standard AK trigger pins and requires no permanent modification to the rifle. This is a true drop-in upgrade—no gunsmithing required. The single-hook hammer design and Lightning Bow trigger blade work together to reduce reset distance and improve follow-up shot speed. The AKT retains full compatibility with standard AK safeties and is built to ALG's mil-spec standards for long-term performance.
