The Armaspec SMB (Stealth Multi-Buffer) H2 Gen 3 reduces felt recoil and eliminates buffer noise in AR-15 platforms. This sound-mitigating buffer system uses captive springs and tuned weights to deliver smoother cycling and quieter operation than standard carbine buffers, particularly noticeable during dry-fire and live-fire transitions.

The H2 weight configuration provides balanced performance for mid-length and carbine gas systems running standard 5.56 NATO or .223 Remington loads. Constructed from precision-machined steel components with a captured spring design, the Gen 3 buffer installs directly into mil-spec carbine buffer tubes without modification.
