The 45-degree short throw reduces lever travel compared to standard 90-degree safeties, enabling faster transitions between safe and fire positions without requiring a major grip shift.

Machined from steel with a Flat Dark Earth finish, the ST45 installs using standard AR lower parts and requires no permanent modifications to your receiver. Installation is straightforward for anyone familiar with basic AR assembly, though a roll pin punch set is recommended. The selector includes both left- and right-side levers with a positive detent feel at each position.
