The Birchwood Casey AR500 Silhouette Armadillo is a 3/8-inch thick hardened steel reactive target designed for centerfire rifle and pistol shooting. AR500 steel delivers excellent durability against repeated impacts from handgun rounds at 10+ yards and rifle calibers at appropriate distances. The armadillo silhouette profile provides a challenging mid-sized target zone for practicing realistic field shooting scenarios.

This self-standing steel target rings audibly on impact, giving immediate feedback without requiring frequent trips downrange. The 3/8-inch plate thickness handles common calibers when proper minimum distances are observed. Designed for outdoor range use with suitable backstops.
