This Birchwood Casey AR500 steel silhouette target features a boar profile designed for rifle shooting at proper distances. Constructed from 3/8-inch AR500 hardened steel, it's rated for centerfire rifle calibers when used at manufacturer-recommended minimum distances. The white powder-coated finish provides high visibility at distance and shows bullet impacts clearly.

The boar silhouette measures approximately 12 inches in height and includes mounting holes for hanging systems. AR500 steel at 3/8-inch thickness provides the durability needed for repeated rifle impacts while maintaining target integrity. Minimum engagement distances must be observed: 100 yards for standard rifle calibers, 200+ yards for magnum cartridges. Never use steel-core, armor-piercing, or incendiary ammunition with steel targets.
