The Battle Arms Development AUTHORITY Elite 16" upper receiver assembly is a complete 5.56 NATO configuration designed for mil-spec AR-15 lower receivers. This carbine-length system features ambidextrous controls and a mid-length gas system for reliable cycling with reduced recoil impulse. The 16" barrel provides effective ballistics while maintaining maneuverability for home defense, duty, or recreational shooting applications.

Machined from 7075-T6 aluminum with a black hardcoat anodized finish, this upper includes a fully assembled bolt carrier group, charging handle with ambidextrous operation, and a 15" free-float handguard with M-LOK attachment points. The upper receiver is pre-assembled and headspaced at the factory—installation requires only attaching to a compatible mil-spec lower receiver using standard takedown pins. No gunsmithing required.
