Battle Arms Development Aluminum Takedown Pins – Purple – AR-15/AR-10

Battle Arms Development's aluminum takedown pins replace the standard pivot and takedown pins on AR-15 and AR-10 pattern rifles. These enhanced pins feature knurled heads for improved grip during disassembly and field maintenance, particularly useful when wearing gloves or working in wet conditions. The purple anodized finish adds a custom accent to mil-spec lower receivers while maintaining corrosion resistance.

Machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and Type III hard anodized in purple, these pins install using standard AR-15/AR-10 detent springs and detents. Installation is drop-in and requires no permanent modification to the receiver. The reduced weight compared to steel pins is negligible but contributes to overall build customization. Sold as a matched set of two pins (pivot and takedown).
