The Battle Arms Development Enhanced Pin Set replaces factory takedown and pivot pins in .308 AR-pattern rifles with a tool-free design that eliminates the need for punches during disassembly. These pins feature extended heads with textured gripping surfaces, allowing shooters to push them out by hand for faster field stripping and maintenance.

Machined from hardened steel with a black oxide finish, these pins install as direct replacements for mil-spec pins in DPMS-pattern .308 AR receivers. Installation is straightforward but requires attention to detent spring tension—detents must be properly seated to prevent pin walkout. The enhanced heads add minimal bulk while providing significantly better leverage than standard pins.
