The Battle Arms Development Workhorse 9.5" M-LOK handguard delivers a lightweight, rigid mounting platform for AR-15 builds prioritizing mid-length configurations. Its free-float design eliminates contact with the barrel, improving accuracy potential by preventing pressure points that affect harmonics during firing. The continuous M-LOK slots at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions provide secure attachment points for lights, grips, and bipods without adding unnecessary weight.

Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum with a Type III hard anodized black finish, this rail combines durability with corrosion resistance for extended field use. The barrel nut system installs with standard armorer's tools and includes anti-rotation tabs for secure lockup to the upper receiver. Compatible with standard AR-15 upper receivers, the 9.5" length accommodates mid-length gas systems while providing enough real estate forward of the magazine well for support hand placement and accessory mounting.
