The BLACKHAWK SERPA CQC is an outside-the-waistband holster designed for concealed carry and duty use with the Glock 19. It features BLACKHAWK's patented Auto Lock release system—a tactile button activated by the trigger finger during the draw stroke that provides Level 2 retention without straps or thumb breaks. The design allows for a natural drawing motion while maintaining positive firearm security.

Constructed from reinforced polymer with a matte black finish, this holster includes both a belt loop and paddle platform for versatile mounting options. The passive retention detent adjusts for a customized fit, and the full-length body protects the pistol's finish. This right-hand configuration is cut for standard Glock 19 with or without rail-mounted accessories.
