The Breek Arms Sledgehammer ambidextrous charging handle replaces your standard AR-15 charging handle with extended, oversized levers on both sides of the receiver. Designed for shooters who need faster, more positive manipulation in any hand position—whether shooting weak-side, working around optics, or maintaining control with gloves or in high-stress situations. The ambidextrous design eliminates the need to break your grip or reposition your support hand during charging or malfunction clearance.

Machined from 7075-T6 aluminum with a hard-anodized black finish for corrosion resistance and durability. The Sledgehammer features enlarged contact surfaces that distribute force evenly and reduce the chance of slipping under wet or cold conditions. Drop-in installation requires no gunsmithing—simply remove your factory charging handle and replace it with the Sledgehammer. Compatible with mil-spec AR-15 upper receivers.
