The CMC Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group replaces factory AR-15 bolt carriers with a precision-machined upgrade designed for improved reliability and durability. Built to mil-spec dimensions, this BCG drops into any standard AR-15 upper receiver and addresses common wear points with upgraded materials and surface treatments. Shooters upgrade to this BCG for smoother cycling, reduced friction, and extended service life in both recreational and duty applications.

The carrier and bolt are machined from 8620 steel and Carpenter 158 steel respectively, then treated with a nitride finish that penetrates the metal surface for exceptional hardness and corrosion resistance. The nitride coating also reduces friction and carbon buildup, making cleaning faster and easier. This is a drop-in installation requiring no fitting or modification—disassemble your upper, swap the BCG, and reassemble. Gas key is properly staked per mil-spec standards.
