Fortis Manufacturing Billet Dust Cover – AR-15/M16

The Fortis Billet Dust Cover replaces the standard ejection port cover on AR-15 and M16 platform rifles. Machined from billet aluminum instead of stamped steel, this cover offers improved durability and a tighter fit than mil-spec covers. It protects the ejection port from dirt, debris, and moisture when the rifle is not in use or during transport.

CNC-machined from 7075-T6 aluminum with a hardcoat anodized black finish. Installation is straightforward—the cover uses the standard AR-15 dust cover rod and C-clip, making it a drop-in replacement for factory covers. No modifications or gunsmithing required. The low-profile design maintains the familiar operation while upgrading material quality.
