The Fortis Billet Dust Cover replaces factory AR-15/M16 ejection port covers with a precision-machined component built for long-term reliability. Machined from billet aluminum rather than stamped steel, this cover eliminates the flex and rattle common in mil-spec parts while maintaining proper ejection port sealing against dust, debris, and moisture during transport and storage.

Finished in Flat Dark Earth Cerakote for corrosion resistance and color consistency with FDE furniture and accessories. Installation requires removal of the existing dust cover assembly and is straightforward for anyone comfortable with basic AR maintenance—no gunsmithing required. Includes C-clip and torsion spring.
