The Fortis K1 Enhanced AR-15 End Plate replaces the standard mil-spec end plate with an integrated quick-detach sling mount and reversible design. This plate eliminates the need for separate QD mounts on the receiver extension, providing a cleaner setup for single-point or two-point sling configurations while maintaining a secure castle nut retention surface.

Machined from hardened steel with a Flat Dark Earth finish, the K1 end plate features a beveled QD socket that accepts standard push-button sling swivels. Installation requires removal of the buffer tube and castle nut—straightforward for anyone familiar with AR-15 lower receiver assembly. The reversible design allows the QD socket to be positioned on either side of the receiver.
