FailZero 6mm ARC Bolt Carrier Group (No Hammer) – Nickel Boron Coated

The FailZero 6mm ARC Bolt Carrier Group is a drop-in replacement BCG engineered for reliable function in AR-15 platform rifles chambered in 6mm ARC. This BCG excludes the hammer assembly, making it ideal for builders who already have a fire control group installed or prefer to source their hammer separately. The nickel boron (NiB) coating reduces friction and fouling buildup, resulting in smoother cycling and easier cleanup after extended shooting sessions.

Constructed from mil-spec materials, the bolt and carrier feature FailZero's EXO nickel boron coating applied to all internal and external surfaces. This coating is applied through a proprietary process that deposits an even, self-lubricating layer, reducing the need for excessive oil or grease. The bolt is properly staked and includes an extractor and ejector. Installation is straightforward—simply insert into an upper receiver with no fitting or modification required. Gas key is properly staked to mil-spec standards.
