FailZero 9mm Bolt Carrier Group (No Hammer) – Nickel Boron Coated

The FailZero 9mm Bolt Carrier Group features nickel boron coating for enhanced lubricity and corrosion resistance in blowback 9mm AR-style pistols and rifles. Designed for use in dedicated 9mm lower receivers without an integral hammer (such as those using Colt-pattern magazines with last-round bolt hold-open), this BCG eliminates the need for traditional buffer systems while maintaining reliability. The EXO nickel boron finish reduces friction and allows the carrier to run cleaner with less fouling buildup than standard phosphate BCGs.

Machined from 8620 steel with a one-piece integrated bolt design, the carrier is coated inside and out with FailZero's proprietary nickel boron treatment. This coating penetrates the metal surface rather than sitting on top, providing self-lubricating properties that reduce wear and extend service intervals. Installation is drop-in for compatible 9mm lower receivers. Not compatible with standard 5.56/.223 lowers or hammer-fired systems.
