The FailZero AR-15 Bolt Carrier Group with EXO coating delivers reliable cycling without the mess of traditional lubricants. This "no hammer" configuration means the firing pin protrusion is minimal, designed for systems using enhanced or drop-in triggers where standard BCG geometry might cause pre-ignition issues. FailZero's proprietary nickel-boron-based EXO coating is applied at the molecular level, creating a self-lubricating surface that reduces friction and carbon buildup.

Machined from 8620 steel with a 9310 tool steel bolt, this BCG is fully MIL-SPEC dimensioned and drop-in ready for standard AR-15/M16 pattern rifles. The matte finish provides a low-glare surface while maintaining the wear resistance and low-friction properties of the EXO coating. Gas key is properly staked and sealed. While the coating reduces cleaning frequency, periodic inspection and light lubrication are still recommended for defensive applications.
