FailZero AR-15 Bolt Carrier Group – Mil-Spec AR-15/M16

Built to mil-spec dimensions, this BCG features FailZero's proprietary EXO nickel boron coating, which embeds a permanent dry lubricant into the surface. The result is a carrier group that runs cleaner, requires less maintenance, and resists carbon buildup better than traditional phosphate or nitride finishes.

Machined from mil-spec Carpenter 158 steel (bolt) and 8620 steel (carrier), this BCG is MPI and HPT tested. The EXO coating is applied to all contact surfaces, reducing metal-on-metal friction without additional lubricants. Installation is drop-in for any mil-spec AR-15 or M16 upper receiver. No gunsmithing required—simply remove your old BCG and install this one. Includes bolt, carrier, gas key (properly staked), cam pin, and firing pin.
