FailZero Basic Semi-Auto Bolt & Hammer Kit – AR-15

The FailZero Basic Semi-Auto Kit provides a bolt carrier group and hammer treated with FailZero's proprietary nickel boron EXO coating. This kit replaces worn or damaged fire control components and improves reliability by reducing friction and carbon buildup. The slick nickel boron surface sheds fouling more effectively than phosphate or standard nickel coatings, extending time between cleanings and reducing wear on contact surfaces.

The EXO coating is applied at the molecular level, creating an extremely hard, self-lubricating surface that performs in extreme temperatures and adverse conditions. Both components are machined to mil-spec dimensions and designed for drop-in installation in standard AR-15 lower and upper receivers. No permanent modifications or fitting required. Some familiarity with AR-15 disassembly is recommended for installation.
