FailZero M16/M4 BCG (No Hammer) – AR-15/M16 Bolt Carrier Group

The FailZero M16/M4 Bolt Carrier Group delivers reliable cycling for AR-15 and M16 pattern rifles without the included hammer, making it ideal for builders who already have fire control components or prefer to source them separately. This BCG features FailZero's EXO nickel boron coating, which reduces friction and simplifies cleaning by preventing carbon buildup on critical surfaces. The M16 profile carrier provides full-auto compatibility and increased mass for improved reliability in various gas system configurations.

Machined from Carpenter 158 steel with proper heat treatment, the bolt is MPI and HPT tested to mil-spec standards. The EXO coating is applied to all contact surfaces including the gas key, cam pin channel, and bolt face. Installation is drop-in for any mil-spec AR-15 upper receiver. This BCG requires standard AR-15 bolt carrier maintenance intervals but cleans significantly faster than phosphate or nitride finishes.
