FailZero M16/M4 BCG No Hammer – Matte Finish

The FailZero M16/M4 BCG No Hammer is a complete bolt carrier group designed for AR-15 platform rifles chambered in 5.56 NATO/.223 Remington. This BCG omits the firing pin retaining pin hammer, making it compatible with specific upper receiver configurations that use alternate firing pin retention systems. FailZero's proprietary nickel boron coating provides exceptional lubricity and corrosion resistance, reducing friction and carbon buildup for more reliable cycling and easier cleaning.

Machined from mil-spec Carpenter 158 steel with proper hardening and magnetic particle inspection, this BCG features FailZero's EXO nickel boron coating applied to all surfaces in a matte finish. The coating is applied at the molecular level, eliminating the need for additional lubrication in most conditions. Installation is drop-in for compatible AR-15 upper receivers. This BCG includes bolt carrier, bolt assembly, gas key, cam pin, and firing pin—no hammer included.
