Grey Ghost Precision Slide for Glock 19 Gen4 OC V3

The Grey Ghost Precision OC (Optics Compatible) V3 Slide replaces your factory Glock 19 Gen4 slide with a precision-machined alternative designed for direct RMR mounting and enhanced slide manipulation. This aftermarket slide accepts Trijicon RMR and similar footprint red dot sights without adapter plates, providing a lower, more secure optic mount than factory MOS configurations. The V3 features aggressive front and rear serrations for positive charging and press checks in all conditions.

Machined from 17-4 PH stainless steel billet and finished with a durable nitride coating for corrosion and wear resistance. Installation is straightforward for users familiar with Glock disassembly—slide on, pins in—but does require transferring or sourcing internals (striker assembly, extractor, firing pin safety, channel liner, cover plate) and front/rear sights separately. This slide is designed for Glock 19 Gen4 frames only and is not compatible with Gen3 or Gen5 models due to differences in recoil spring assembly design.
