Griffin Armament QD Blast Shield – Quick Detach Muzzle Device Shroud

The Griffin Armament QD Blast Shield redirects muzzle blast and concussion forward, away from the shooter and nearby personnel. Designed for use on short-barreled rifles and pistol-caliber firearms, this shroud attaches to Griffin taper mount muzzle devices and reduces the discomfort of side-directed gas and noise at indoor ranges or in confined shooting positions.

Installation is simple: the QD Blast Shield slides over any Griffin taper mount brake or flash hider and locks in place with a quick-detach mechanism. Constructed from heat-treated steel with a black nitride finish, it provides durability under sustained fire while maintaining a low profile. Compatible with Griffin Armament taper mount muzzle devices only—not a suppressor and does not reduce sound signature.
