Manufactured from heat-treated steel with a phosphate finish for corrosion resistance. Each washer is designed to deform during installation—this is normal function. Once compressed, the washer cannot be reused. Installation requires an armorer's wrench and proper torque spec (typically 15-20 ft-lbs for most muzzle devices, but consult your specific device manufacturer).
