HEVI-Shot HEVI-XII combines tungsten and steel shot in a layered load designed for waterfowlers who want denser downrange energy without the full cost of pure tungsten. The tungsten pellets (#2) sit at the top of the column for deep penetration on impact, while the BB steel shot follows to expand pattern coverage. This 12-gauge 3" shell delivers consistent patterns through standard or ported chokes with reduced felt recoil compared to similarly loaded steel-only rounds at the same velocity.

Suitable for all 12-gauge shotguns chambered for 3" shells. The blend extends effective range over standard steel while staying within non-toxic shot regulations. Sold in 25-round boxes.
