Icarus Precision Omega Comp/Barrel 9mm 1/2x28 – Glock 19 Gen5

The Icarus Precision Omega Comp/Barrel system is an integrated compensator and barrel assembly designed to reduce muzzle rise and improve follow-up shot speed on Glock 19 Gen5 pistols. The compensator redirects propellant gases upward through precision-machined ports, countering the natural upward rotation of the slide during recoil. This allows shooters to maintain sight alignment through rapid strings of fire, particularly beneficial in competition or defensive training scenarios.

This is a drop-in system compatible with factory Glock 19 Gen5 slides. The barrel features a 1/2x28 thread pitch at the muzzle where the comp attaches. Constructed from heat-treated stainless steel with a black finish, the assembly maintains the factory sight radius and does not extend beyond the standard slide length. Installation requires no permanent modification to the firearm. Note that compensated barrels may require specific ammunition loads to function reliably—testing with your carry or competition ammunition is recommended.
