KAK Industry A2 Extended Flash Hider 1/2x28 – AR-15 .223/5.56

The KAK Industry A2 Extended Flash Hider reduces muzzle flash signature during low-light firing while providing a longer sight radius for fixed front sight setups. This extended-length version of the proven A2 design adds approximately 1.3 inches to barrel length compared to standard A2 flash hiders, making it ideal for builders working with short barrels who want to meet overall length requirements or prefer the handling characteristics of a longer muzzle device.

Machined from steel with a phosphate finish for corrosion resistance, this flash hider installs on standard 1/2x28 threaded barrels common to AR-15 platforms chambered in .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO. The six-port design directs gas upward and to the sides to break up flash while the closed bottom prevents dust signature when shooting prone. Includes crush washer for timing. Installation requires a standard armorer's wrench and proper torque (15-20 ft-lbs recommended).
