KAK Industry AR15 BCG M16 556 Chrome – AR-15/M16 Pattern Rifles

The KAK Industry AR15 BCG is a full-auto profile bolt carrier group designed for AR-15 and M16 pattern rifles chambered in 5.56 NATO/.223 Remington. This BCG uses the M16 carrier profile, which provides increased mass for more reliable cycling with a wider range of ammunition and buffer weights compared to semi-auto profile carriers. The chrome lining on internal surfaces improves corrosion resistance and reduces friction, making cleaning easier and extending service life under high round counts.

Constructed from 8620 steel carrier with a 9310 steel bolt, this BCG is MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspected) and HPT (High Pressure Tested) to ensure structural integrity. The chrome finish on the carrier exterior provides additional corrosion protection. Installation is drop-in for any mil-spec AR-15 upper receiver—no fitting or modification required. Gas key is properly staked per military specifications.
