The KAK Industry AR15 BCG is a full-auto profile M16 bolt carrier group designed for AR-15 platforms chambered in 5.56 NATO. This bolt carrier group delivers reliable cycling and extraction with proper Carpenter 158 steel construction in the bolt. The M16 profile carrier provides additional mass over semi-auto carriers, which can improve reliability with certain gas system configurations, suppressed setups, or when using adjustable gas blocks.

The bolt is machined from C158 steel with a shot-peened finish to improve fatigue resistance, while the carrier features a black Carpenter 158 steel construction with a manganese phosphate finish for corrosion protection. The gas key is properly staked per mil-spec standards. This is a complete, ready-to-install BCG that requires no additional fitting—simply drop it into a mil-spec AR-15 upper receiver. No gunsmithing required.
