The KAK Industry AR-15 BCG M16 5.56 K-SPEC NP3 Desert Earth is a mil-spec bolt carrier group machined to M16 profile with an electroless nickel-phosphorous-PTFE (NP3) coating in desert earth finish. This BCG provides full-auto-rated durability in semi-automatic AR-15 rifles while offering superior lubricity and corrosion resistance compared to traditional phosphate or nitride finishes. The M16 profile carrier delivers increased mass for more reliable cycling with suppressed or short-barreled configurations.

Manufactured from 8620 steel carrier and Carpenter 158 steel bolt with proper heat treatment and magnetic particle inspection. The NP3 coating is applied inside and out, reducing friction and carbon buildup for easier cleaning and extended service intervals. Installation is drop-in for any mil-spec AR-15 or M16 lower receiver—no fitting or gunsmithing required. Gas key is properly staked per TDP specifications.
