The KAK Industry AR15 BCG is a full-auto profile bolt carrier group machined from 9310 steel and finished with NP3 coating for superior lubricity and corrosion resistance. This M16-profile carrier is compatible with AR-15 rifles chambered in 5.56 NATO/.223 Remington and provides the additional mass required for reliable cycling in builds with adjustable gas blocks or suppressed configurations. The NP3 electroless nickel-PTFE coating reduces friction and carbon buildup, making post-range cleanup significantly faster than standard phosphate finishes.

The bolt is machined from 9310 alloy steel, a material known for its balance of strength and toughness in high-stress applications. All components are properly staked and magnetic particle inspected to MIL-SPEC standards. This is a drop-in part for mil-spec AR-15 uppers; no gunsmithing required. The carrier includes a properly aligned gas key secured with Grade 8 fasteners.
