The LanTac Takedown Pin Set replaces factory takedown and pivot pins on AR-15 and AR-10 pattern rifles. These pins feature an enhanced head design that provides better grip for field stripping and reassembly, particularly useful when wearing gloves or working in adverse conditions. The titanium nitride (TIN) coating adds corrosion resistance and a distinctive gold finish.

Manufactured from steel with a titanium nitride coating, these pins install as direct replacements for mil-spec takedown pins. Installation is straightforward and requires no gunsmithing—simply drive out the factory pins and install these using a standard punch. The set includes both the rear takedown pin and front pivot pin.
