The LBE Unlimited AR Gas Tube in carbine length is a direct replacement gas tube for AR-15 platform rifles with carbine-length gas systems (typically 14.5–16 inch barrels). This tube channels propellant gases from the gas port in the barrel back to the bolt carrier group, cycling the action. Gas tubes are wear items that can erode, bend, or corrode over time, particularly in high-volume shooting or suppressed configurations. Replacing a worn gas tube restores reliable cycling and prevents short-stroking or failures to eject.

Constructed from stainless steel with a corrosion-resistant finish, this gas tube is a drop-in part requiring only a gas tube roll pin for installation. No gunsmithing is necessary, though a roll pin punch set is recommended to avoid damaging the gas block during removal and installation. The carbine length is approximately 9.75 inches and is the most common gas system length for civilian AR-15 rifles.
