The LBE Unlimited AR-15 Bolt Carrier Gas Key is a replacement component for worn or damaged gas keys on standard AR-15/M16 bolt carriers. The gas key (also called a carrier key) channels propellant gases from the gas tube into the bolt carrier to cycle the action. Replacing a compromised gas key restores proper gas system function and prevents short-stroking, failures to eject, or gas leakage that degrades reliability.

Machined from steel with a black finish, this gas key includes staking slots for proper installation. Installation requires removal of the bolt carrier from the upper receiver, removal of the old gas key, proper torquing of screws to manufacturer specifications, and staking to prevent screw migration under recoil.
