Luth-AR Carbine Latch Plate – AR-15/M4 Carbine Buffer Tube

The Luth-AR Carbine Latch Plate is a replacement end plate for AR-15 and M4 carbine buffer tubes. This component secures the buffer tube castle nut and provides a QD sling swivel attachment point, allowing shooters to replace worn or damaged plates or upgrade to a QD-compatible mounting system without replacing the entire receiver extension assembly.

Machined from steel with a mil-spec finish, this latch plate installs between the castle nut and lower receiver using standard AR-15 armorer's tools. Installation requires removal of the buffer tube castle nut and is best performed with a castle nut wrench and receiver block for proper torque and alignment. The integrated push-button QD socket accepts standard quick-detach sling swivels.
