The Pearce Grip magazine extension replaces the factory floor plate on Ruger LCP MAX .380 10-round magazines, adding finger support without increasing magazine capacity. This extension provides a more secure grip for shooters with medium to large hands, improving control and comfort during extended range sessions or concealed carry. It transforms the flush-fit magazine into a more shootable configuration while maintaining a compact profile.

Constructed from impact-resistant polymer with a matte black finish that matches factory Ruger components. Installation is straightforward: the extension slides onto the magazine body in place of the original floor plate using the existing magazine spring and follower. No permanent modifications to the magazine or firearm are required. The extension adds approximately 5/8" to overall magazine length.
