Federal Heavyweight TSS (Tungsten Super Shot) combines the densest shot material available with Flightcontrol Flex wad technology for devastating patterns at extended range. TSS pellets are 56% denser than lead and 22% denser than standard tungsten, delivering bone-crushing energy on target with smaller shot sizes. The #9 TSS pellets create extremely dense patterns while maintaining lethal penetration on turkey vitals past 50 yards. The Flightcontrol Flex wad stages separation for optimal pattern density through ported and non-ported barrels alike.

This 12-gauge load uses a 3.5" hull pushing 2 1/4 oz of #9 TSS at approximately 1200 fps — optimized for late-season toms and high-volume pattern density. The tungsten composition makes this a lead-free load compliant with California nonlead ammunition requirements. Compatible with all 12-gauge shotguns chambered for 3.5" shells.
