Federal Black Cloud FS Steel High Velocity loads combine FliteControl Flex wad technology with a 50/50 blend of standard steel and Flitestopper pellets for tighter patterns and improved terminal performance on waterfowl. The 1-1/8 oz payload of BB shot exits at high velocity for extended effective range on ducks and geese. Flitestopper pellets feature a cutting petals design that increases wound channels on impact.

The FliteControl Flex wad opens from the rear upon exiting the muzzle, allowing the shot column to remain intact longer for denser patterns at distance. This load is suitable for all modern 12-gauge shotguns chambered in 3-inch, including semi-automatics, pumps, and over/unders.
