The RCBS Universal Hand Priming Tool is a standalone hand-operated primer seating device designed for off-press priming of rifle and pistol cases. This tool provides tactile feedback during primer seating, allowing reloaders to feel when primers are properly seated to the correct depth—a critical step for consistent ignition and accuracy.

Compatible with both large and small primer sizes across all rifle and pistol calibers, this tool uses interchangeable shell holders (sold separately) for caliber-specific case support. The ergonomic handle design reduces hand fatigue during high-volume priming sessions. Includes a built-in primer tray system that holds and orients primers for efficient loading.
