The San Tan Tactical Enhanced AR-10 Bolt Carrier Group is engineered for reliable cycling in .308 Winchester and 7.62 NATO chambered AR-10 pattern rifles. This BCG addresses common issues in large-frame AR platforms—such as ejection inconsistency and carrier tilt—with dimensional tolerances and surface treatments designed for consistent performance across varying ammunition loads and suppressed fire. Suitable for both defensive and precision applications.

The entire carrier group receives a nitriding treatment that hardens the surface to approximately 60 HRC, improving wear resistance and reducing friction. Nitriding penetrates the metal rather than coating it, so the finish won't flake or peel with use. Gas key is properly staked and sealed. This is a drop-in component for mil-spec AR-10 upper receivers, though function testing with your specific rifle and ammunition is always recommended after installation.
